Please help!!

Please help me, everytime I open the camera it only show a small camera while the rest of the entire camera is white. So everytime I take a straight picture, it always is moved to the left or right! My iPhone is iOS 9. Please fix this in the next update. I have a channel and I really dont want my videos looking bad now
